To fill the gap between demand and supply, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) released the notification of the Delhi Master Plan 2021. The new plan has divided the National Capital Territory of Delhi into 15 zones for easy administration and speedy development. It has all the provisions to improve infrastructure of the city to handle population growth. According to MPD 2012 government will involve private sector to fund this large scale development of land and infrastructure services.
